Moyna is a very qualified and highly experienced psychologist, whose mature age provides her with a vast amount of life experience. The latter equips her well in her professional role. She has worked with children and adults spanning all developmental stages, addressing wide areas of concern.
She began her career as a secondary teacher, and having completed a Masters in School Counselling, worked for many years as a school psychologist, followed by many years in private practice.
She has been a member of the Australian Psychologica! Society for 31 years and in 20L9 was awarded the status of Fellow. ln 1999 she was awarded the status of Fellow for the then Australian College of Clinical Psychologists (subsequently renamed The Australian College of Consulting Psychologists).
She was an inaugural professional member of the ACT Psychologist Registration Board.
