I am passionate about empowering clients to experience healing and self-acceptance by identifying underlying emotions and patterns of behaviour that may be impacting life in undesirable ways. I support clients to live in harmony with their authentic self and live in harmony with their values. I value facilitating a safe and welcoming space that allows for a trusting therapeutic relationship free of judgement.
