Helen Morris

Helen is a Registered Psychologist with over 10 years of experience across a variety of settings.She has a background in Elite Sport, Small Business, and Education, bringing a diverse knowledge of life issues, daily functioning and mental health to her psychology practice.

 

Helen utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with practices and strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Motivational Interviewing in session. She continues to develop her skills across areas of psychological interventions to provide the best possible outcomes for you.
Helen is a person-centred practitioner, ensuring that the purpose of meeting is addressed, and responds to the current and future needs of people of all ages and stages of life. She works across the life-span of development.
